This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Orders and tickets: your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Gifts: your name (unless you give anonymously), phone number and optional message.
• Mailing list: your email address and the preferences you choose.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or the assistant.
• Usage: anonymous page views and device type, only if you allow analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To process payments, deliver orders, issue and check tickets, answer messages, send the updates you asked for, and keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make the site work: our payment provider (PesaJet, with MTN and Airtel), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel) and our database provider (Neon). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and ticket records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
