Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Phivae website, including buying tickets, merch and gifts. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

The site is run by the Phivae team in Kampala, Uganda. Contact us through the contact page or at the email address shown in the footer.

Tickets

• A ticket admits one person to the show named on it. Each QR code can be scanned once.
• Keep your ticket private. Anyone holding your code can use it before you do.
• Tickets bought on other ticketing sites follow that site's terms.
• We may refuse entry for safety reasons, including under the venue's age or dress rules.

Merch

• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; colours can vary slightly between screens.
• Delivery times are estimates. We contact you by phone to arrange delivery or pickup.

Payments

Payments are made by MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. An order is confirmed only when payment is received. Prices are in Ugandan shillings and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Gifts

Gifts to Phivae are voluntary contributions and are not refundable, except where a payment was taken in error.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape it at scale, resell tickets above face value, or post unlawful content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
