Refund policy

Tickets

• Show cancelled: you get a full refund to the mobile money number you paid with.
• Show postponed: your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, contact us within 7 days of the announcement for a refund.
• Otherwise: tickets are not refundable, but contact us — we'll help where we can.

Merch

• Items that arrive damaged or wrong are replaced or refunded. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
• Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days; you cover the return delivery.

Gifts

Gifts are not refundable unless a payment was taken in error.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the mobile money number used for the payment, usually within 5 working days of approval.
